Important Note
Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana is not the same thing as prior health insurance schemes backed by the central government, like Ayushman Bharat – PMJAY. Residents of Punjab may be covered under those schemes as well, or be covered by this state-sponsored health insurance alone. Eligibility for both schemes is different, but some convergence in who is covered under both schemes is possible.
Please consult the State Health Agency, Punjab and official Government of Punjab notifications for health insurance scheme enrollment process updates, hospital lists and health card services.
